What a wonderful of an equitable rulers when they save and protect its peoples and nations with the luxury life and prosperity ,but what a shameful of the tyrant rulers as the appearance of the new (Nero) leaders in this era when they slaughter the innocent children and the defenseless peoples without human mercy or without alive conscious, but we must realize that the time durations of the tyrants rulers may be for weeks ,months ,years ,but the existence of the peoples or the nations forever and for all epochs ,and we must realize also the very important dangerous issues which threat the regional and the global peace as below:
1. the tyrant rulers protect their criminal agents under the national laws which help them to escape with their inhuman crimes from the justice ,so we must put these agents under the legal justice of the international laws of the united nations and under the sanctions in the international criminal court and to say to them there are no persons up the international laws.
2. the national armies must protect and save the lives of the civilian citizens in the times of the peace and the wars ,but when these armies slaughter the innocent children and the defenseless peoples with the savage massacres they convert to the criminal gangs ( illegal national armies) which their hands stained from the innocent expensive bloods especially when they cooperate with the other Mercenaries ,destructive agents ,(under any name ),then these types of the national armies lose their legality and we must deal with them as a criminal killers of the wars .
3. we must open an international investigations in the international criminal court against the secrecy agents which their hands full of the innocent bloods of their victims to decrease the secret artificial crimes by using the progressed methods of the DNA analyses to discover their ugly hidden crimes.
4. we must observe all the abnormal actions of the ruler Parties especially the race racism or the religion racialism and especially also the abnormal sexual actions with many partners and to consider them as adulterer men and harlot women and not be the national defenders of their countries because they change our clean houses to the dirty big brothels .
5. when the revolutions take off the ancient regimes they must also take off all the secrecy agents from the different branches of the different types of the intelligences and of the ancient ruler Parties also to avoid the terroristic actions in the future which oppose their revolutions by the secret dangerous conspiracies ,it means to change from the outside (Frame ) and from the inside(Substantially) of the regime in the same time. .
6.we must take care of the dangerous situation of the middle east because many countries suffer from the interior instability so they may export their troubles and its crises also outside its borders to ignite an regional artificial wars with the uses of the untraditional weapons which threat the regional and the international peace with global instability of the world or from the formation of the artificial terroristic actions in the neighbor countries or by the exciting the opposition parties of the different countries of the world to hide or to cover on its critical crises .
7.from the exigent necessity to form the national human rights council to be the observer eyes on the different fields of the life in all countries of the world without any exceptions under the warrant from the united nations and we need also to represent the international human rights organizations in the security council by the secretary general of the united nations with the all rights of the uses of the veto against any injustice resolutions from the greatest countries of the world to save for the world the real international peace and the progressed prosperity .
