The honorable and respectable Navanethem Pillay the High Commissioner for Human Rights I ask again and again all offices of the united nations and the UN human rights council for an urgent Session of the united nations security council to stop immediately the bleeding river ( under the seventh chapter ) of the expensive bloods of the innocent children and the defenseless peoples of the middle east and to protect them immediately and without any hesitations under the convention of Genève (12 August 1949). I ask you alive conscious for a strong and hard resolutions on Syria immediately and urgently to Stop the bloodshed and the slaughtering of the Syrian peoples( under the seventh chapter ) and to send and to endorse immediately and officially and urgently without any hesitations all Syrian files ( the secrecy and the declared crimes ) of the inhuman crimes which considered as a crimes against humanity of the persons which their hands stained with the expensive bloods of the innocent children and the defenseless peoples to the new honest prosecutor Fatou bensouda of the international criminal court to get their suitable sanctions and if the united nations security council did not Stop the bloodshed and the slaughtering of the Syrian peoples of the spring Arab revolutions (over 16 months) and without any urgent and immediate effective proceedings or active measures you will be the real partners of the Syrian inhuman massacres and carnages and you will share on new Syrian genocide ????.because the deep silence against these carnages express the thirsty of the international society toward the innocent bloods ,it means that our human humanity of our human civilization do not achieve the animal rights which we must consider it a great shame on our humanity!!!!!!!!! The nation of Syria are not deserve for the real freedom or are not worthy for the real democracy ?? but they prove that the Syrian nation is great on the fatal adversities and is great on the definite death also , is the Syrian nation deserve the inhuman devastation of the rebel cities and under the fatal silence from part of the international community and under global observations and without any strong resolutions from the security council ???????????????

I call the free persons of the world and especially all members which hold the logos of the national and the international human rights organizations (Ambassadors, Delegates, Attaches & Envoys) and all members which not hold the logos also , not only to express their anger and convictions against the horrible and inhuman criminal massacres in Syria but to declare the general alarm in all cities of the world especially of Russia and China and to interfere with international diplomatic ways to ask the security council (again and again for an urgent Session even under the seventh chapter on Syria ) and the united nations the human rights council and UN general assembly to protect and to save immediately and without any hesitation the lives (the civil citizens especially the innocent children and the defenseless peoples ) under the international conventions and the global treaties of Genève during the times of the peace and of the wars also under the moral duties of the UN security council so I ask very urgently the UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) To spread immediately its troops around the rebel cities to avoid the objections of many greatest countries of the security council with uses of the veto against any resolutions under the seventh chapter because from today the UN observers not enough to stop the horrible Syrian inhuman massacres and carnages and genocides which consider an inhuman massacres against humanity . and to express your anger and convictions against the horrible and inhuman criminal massacres, carnages, and genocide of the innocent children and the defenseless peoples in Syria with all different peaceful manners in the all the cities of the world without any exceptions especially the capitals of the greatest countries of the security council which oppose it resolutions .
