from the ruins in every city or village from the unjust conflicts between the regime and the opponents ,so Syria was between the hammer and anvil which harvest the expensive souls of the innocent children and the defenseless peoples and change the reform toward the dangerous interior civil wars between the different types of the religious denominations which help for the presence of the extravagant ( radical , immoderate, extreme ) agents that threaten the Syrian society by deprive this country to convert to the real secular society which depend on the rules of the real democracy or from the extensions the conflicts to the neighbors countries of Syria which threaten the regional and the international peace and which threaten also the different denominations of the Christians and Armenian and other types in staying in Syria without international protections due to the fatal silence from the international community ( society ) which act like the statue of the three monkeys which complain from the blindness , deafness and from the dumb also from the absence of the real resolutions from the UN security council that oblige all Syrian directions :
1.to stop the bloodshed of the innocent civil victims and to stop also the inhuman massacres and the ugly carnages of the unjust uses of the forbidden untraditional weapons ( the clustered bombs ) or from the uses of the chemical weapons due to the critical circumstances which oblige to use like this weapons and to stop immediately the bombarding (shelling) the urban and the rural of the non military places of the innocent citizens with bullets the missiles from the different types of the guns : mortars( randomized bombing ), machine guns ,tanks , military air planes which harvest the innocent souls of the citizens without any mercy and which destroy every thing in these disaster places ,so the both sides of the different troops of the regime and of the opponents must carry the responsibilities of the war crimes which considered against humanity to summon them to the international criminal court immediately and without any hesitations .
2. to stop the battle fields immediate executions of the prisoners of the both sides of the regime and the opponent without equitable trials and to carry them all illegal executions under the international laws of the united nations and we must ask immediately and without any hesitations the international red (blue )cross and the international the red(blue) crescent also to protect and to save and to protect also the lives of the detained prisoners under the international conventions of Genève and strongly under the main responsibilities of their jailors .

3.to stop the stealing houses of the innocent peoples ,stores ,and factories of the occupied these places from the recurrences invasions of the civilian streets from the national Syrian army and the free Syrian army and to stop obligatory royalty ( tax)on the regional borders on the conflicts lines and to stop of the obligatory kickback (coercive payments)on the national merchandises in Aleppo of the both sides the regime and the opponents .
4. to stop the kidnapping of the innocent peoples especially(the religious men ) the Christian and Armenian citizens and return them later by paying illegal ransoms from the secrecy nets of the both sides( regime and opponents ) by the double agents which act as ransoms brokers ( agents of the secrecy civil networks) and the kidnapped persons may be recruited from one side to penetrate the other side( the regime or the opponent ) it means that the both sides play on the civil citizens to steal them and to hurt them also under the secrecy combined ugly plots .

b. to withdraw all heavy weapons outside of the cities and villages of both sides .
c. to withdraw all stranger fighters outside of Syria from the both sides .
d. to prohibit sending any weapons which uses in the interior conflicts to the both sides .
e. to close all borders gates of Syria with neighboring countries.
f. to stop funding the both sides of the projects of buying the different weapons which uses in the interior conflicts.
g. to create the combined leadership( from the regime and from the opponents also )of both sides to promulgate the convention on Syria or to create the new leadership without both sides by choosing a neutral persons( that both sides respect them and trust in them also ) which can lead Syria for temporary period until stability situations in Syria .
h. we must share the united nations in every step by the UNDOF officers and soldiers as observers especially on the borders gates and the members of this forces must be formed from the united states of America ,Russia ,European commission ,China and from other countries in the same time .
i. to union the national Syrian army with the free Syrian army in the combined Syrian forces with sharing of the forces from the UNDOF in the vital places in Syria especially on the borders gates to prohibit the interior severe wars or the denomination wars to guarantee the national ,the regional and the international peace and to bring the real safety and security to Syria .
j. to ask all countries of the world to participate for the new future of Syria to fund all projects that cancel the incredible devastations which happened from the unjust conflicts in Syria .
k. we must help to success all international efforts to stop the bloodsheds in Syria to stop the dangerous conflicts between the denominations the Sunnis and Shiites and Alawites and to prohibits the economic conflicts ( the petroleum ,the gases, the waters) between the different types of the fleets of the greatest countries of the security council in the Mediterranean sea and to rebuild it again from the generous supporting from the international society to return this country again to its normal position to the global community as fast as possible ,because the stability in Syria help for the real stability in the middle east to save the safety and the security to this region and to prohibit the spreading of the destructive chaos to its neighboring countries to protect the national, the regional ,and the international peace .
we must build our new country (Syria) on the steps below : so
1. to put the new national constitutions on the principles of the international human rights because this principles plays as the magic keys for every national problems or obstacles to reform the Syria as a secular country by prohibiting the creation the pure religious princedom(lording , principality )which rule this country from the extremists , so we must concentrate in every resolution on Syria from the united nations on the secular country under moderate and temperate Islamic laws by participations of all Syrian directions in the combined living and to change all illegal armed extreme organizations to a legal political parties by disarm these organizations ,and we respect and we appreciate with great honor the Islamic religion and the Holy Koran as we love the Christian Gospel and Jesus and as we respect the other religions and their prophets because we refuse the religious racism and any offenses to any religion and absolutely ,the extreme organizations which suffered from the international or national social oppression help them to be fanatic(bigoted) and oblige them to endeavor to the special faith( religious creed) which change them from the oppressed persons to the oppressor extremists because the national societies did not solve their obstacles and they were always not be nearer or closer to them because also the national societies did not consider them as normal good citizens in the society .
2. to perform the free national elections under warrant from the international observers from the united nations without any types of the racism.
3. to deal with every Syrian citizen as Equal citizen in front of the national Syrian justice and laws .
3. to close the ugly secrecy houses immediately and without any hesitation.
4. to stop the secrecy and the declared assassinations to disprove the causes of the death by the new medical technologies of the DNA analyses .
5. to stop the bloodshed of the inhuman massacres and carnages in Syria immediately and to summon the hands which stained from the Syrian expensive bloods of the innocent children and the defenseless peoples to the international criminal court .
6. to dissolve all ancient and corrupted national parties must set out of the authority and the national intelligences also to reform the new national Syrian parties with real freedom and with the true democracy and from the integrity justice and on the principles of the international human rights to deprive the ugly accomplishments of any party from the abnormal sexual actions with many partners or the dirty achievements from the secrecy or declared assassinations.
